Has anybody tried roasting Costa Rica Tarrazu coffee? I just my roaster and these beans. Was wondering if anybody had suggestions on roasting. It says 45 seconds of slow heat after 1C but how do you know the curve before that? Thanks!
I’d try something along those three shapes since it’s washed, you generally want to start with more energy in the beginning. I’d personally keep the fan at like 80% flat throughout to find the right heat with a 50g batch.
