I own a Pro V3 roaster, I have owned it for about 6 months so far. Just today, I have encountered my first error with the roaster. I have modified some points of the temperature points in the profile and this is also the first time I have made modifications in the profile where an error has occurred.
I want to know if there is a maximum temperature where the Pro V3 can go and also for a certain duration before the chamber “may” become too hot, thus leading to an “error” ?
