Flores, Wet Processed, Burundi


This profile seems to do fairly well with beans that need some push upfront but then are sensitive to high heat during development. My ET probe read 397-401F where I like to drop the beans around 486-490F @6:30. I was thinking about adding 30s to 1min on the first three points trying to get the beans to pop when they are still light brown and almost smooth (around 3:00 465F on the profile)
