So this is a general layout because I lost the profile. Something about 448F @2:00 has always been a good area for me and Guats. When I roasted the wet processed coffee the grape note really popped out in the roaster and in the cup. I wasnt able to make too much adjustments because of the loss but another general profile layout really brought out the chocolate.
