Help a newbie out, recipe for Rwanda and Guatemala

#1

Heya everyone,
Got an Ikawa Roaster from a mate of mine who moved abroad. I went and got some samples and would appreciate some input. These are just two of them.

Rwanda
Gakene District
Muhondo Washing Station
A1/15+
Bourbon/ Jackson
Fully washed & Special drying
2018/19

Guatemala
Huehuetenango
Finca Joya Grande
Caturra & Catuai
Fully washed
2018/20
1800 masl

I tend to drink filter but I’ll also enjoy an espresso from my moka pot from time to time. I plan on reading through the forum regarding all the tips on roasting but for these first few samples, I could really use a head start. Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
Blaž

This might work for the Guat, for me it smelled and tasted good around day 7, using 50g batches with an already warmed up roaster.

‘MELFS3.4 v.10’ freshly roasted by @deven.patel411, here’s the recipe
