Ikawa beans - freshness

I bought my Ikawa Home Roaster a little over a year ago, and at the time I purchased the six-pack assortment of green coffees. I still have a great deal of that original purchase left and I am wondering whether it is still fresh enough to use. I’ve stored it at room temperature in a large plastic box.

Odd-Steinar of Supreme Roastworks in Norway won the 2015 World Brewers Cup with a 2 years old Ethiopian coffee, if I remember correctly.
I recently roasted a 2016/17 harvest against a 2017/18 harvest Kenyan (while waiting for the 18/19 crop to become available), and the newer of the two was clearly better, but the older was absolutely drinkable.
I recommend you just roast your coffee and find out.
