I pulled the coffee first a week after roasting and continued for a few more days. I’m not sure what you are asking me to do with the fan apeed. Do you mean to keep the same curve and change the initial speed? Or to change the three points in the curve to the speeds you mention.

How did you get a green Camocim from the Bella Barista?
Only roasted one is available through their site.
