I’ve recently had the pleasure of joining team IKAWA. Looking forward to being part of the community, sharing more about IKAWA At Home and learning about how you’re getting on with your roasters.
Quick introduction - I come from a coffee and marketing background, working with specialty coffee shops and startups. Before joining IKAWA I spent 2 months in Asia exploring the specialty coffee farms in Thailand and Java. We came across some lovely people who carefully produce some amazing coffee and seeing it firsthand made me value this magical bean even more - a handful of the photos are below.
I’ll be sharing what I learn about the IKAWA At Home with you guys, and I’m looking forward to picking up tips and tricks from you as well!
On that note - it’s Friday here, so please share any of your roast recommendations for me to try over the weekend
