What’s up guys,
Just wanted to kick this off so we can all have a place to post our Roasting area / setup. We just got our Ikawa a few months ago in Seattle at the SCA Expo. It’s been a blast getting used to it and seeing what this little thing can do. We still use our 1909 Jabez Burns & Sons 5 Barrel sample roaster a few times a week as well. We’re definitely going to be contributing a lot on this forum and cant wait to learn and grow with you guys and roast some great coffee while doing so.
