Royal coffee crown jewel profiles


They have one profile that is their standard ikawa pro profile that they use on most crown jewels as a starting point. From the ones I have read their cupping notes for, it sounds like a lot of times it ends up being their best cup, or at least a really good cup, and then takes just small adjustments to get to where they want. That is just surprising that one profile can have good results on that many different origins and densities etc. Has anyone had success recreating their pro profile on the home version? I wish I could even open it to see what it looked like.


I am fairly certain that the profile they are using is their standard sample profile that is used to evaluate the beans.
