It got cut short on both ends for some reason, but first pop of first crack was at 401 degrees, it was cracking good at 404, high temp the rest of the roast was 407, but just briefly got there and then back to 404-405. BT spent 95% of last 3 minutes at 404-405. Anyone care to guess how this massive stall will taste?
My phiget 1048 will arrive tomorrow so I can hook up to artisan software and see what it looks like, but obviously will show massive ROR crash.
